Cancellation Policy – Zash Jewellery
At Zash Jewellery, we understand that circumstances may change. This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions and timelines under which an order can be cancelled.
1. Cancellation Timeframe
Customers may request order cancellation within 6 to 8 days from the date of placing the order. Cancellation requests received after this period will not be accepted.
2. Eligible Orders
- Only unused and unshipped orders are eligible for cancellation
- Orders that have already been processed, dispatched, or delivered cannot be cancelled
- Customized or made-to-order jewellery is not eligible for cancellation
3. Cancellation Request Process
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your order number and registered contact details. All cancellation requests are subject to verification and approval.
4. Refund on Cancellation
If a cancellation is approved within the allowed timeframe, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to bank or payment gateway processing timelines.
5. Cancellation Rejection
Zash Jewellery reserves the right to reject cancellation requests that do not comply with this policy or where order processing has already begun.
6. Policy Updates
Zash Jewellery reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
