1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only for eligible products
- Requests must be raised within 6 to 8 days from the date of delivery
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and invoices must be intact
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
- Customized or made-to-order jewellery
- Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling
- Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase
3. Return & Exchange Request Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return or exchange. All requests are subject to inspection and approval.
4. Exchange Policy
Approved exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product or opt for store credit as applicable.
5. Refund Policy
Once a returned product passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
